Aged Care Support in the Home
CaptureCARE offers a variety of NURSE-LED, remote patient monitoring and support services that work to support people remaining safely in their own home for as long as possible.
These services include 24/7 remote patient monitoring, medication management, and daily urinalysis (checking for urinary tract infection, dehydration, renal failure etc).
