The CaptureCARE PRPM team can:

- Coordinate with your healthcare providers to provide regular updates with health summary reports and address any concerns you may have.
- Alert you, your loved ones, and healthcare providers about any irregularities in your health data.
- Address any inquiries you may have during your digital healthcare experience.
